Settings: Client Info

Purpose: The Client Info section is used to record key details about the client associated with the project. This includes the client’s company name, location, and any relevant notes. Completing this section ensures that all project documentation, exports, and communications are linked to the correct client.

Company Name (1): This field shows the official name of the client’s company. It helps document who the project is being completed for and ensures that all exported documents, reports, and estimates reference the correct client organization.

Location (2): This block contains the full address information for the client’s company. Accurate location details support documentation, deliveries, correspondence, and project organization. It includes:

• Country - The country where the client is located.

• City - The city of the client’s office or headquarters.

• Post Code - The postal code associated with the client’s address.

• Address - The complete street address.

Notes(3): A free‑text field to add any additional client‑specific notes. This might include communication preferences, special agreements, important reminders, or extra context that does not fit into the other structured fields.
