Purpose: It provides a flexible environment to calculate project cost base on 4 distinct levels, ranging from basic area estimates to complex material and labor breakdowns. By selecting the appropriate pricing level, it is possible to finetune every financial aspect of the panelization to ensure accuracy.
Note: Before editing the project's pricing configuration, choose between 4 pricing levels by selecting the corresponding level in the left pane.
Level 1 Pricing
It represents the base pricing configuration for the project, helps define the fundamental cost parameters that will be used to calculate the total price of panels and materials at this level.
Actualization Button (1): It helps refresh and reloads all pricing values displayed on the page. Use this button to ensure the current pricing level shows the latest saved or updated data.
Opening Base Price (2): Defines the cost per square foot for openings such as windows or penetrations. This value is included in the total panel cost whenever a panel contains openings.
Moulding Base Price (3): Sets the price per square foot for mouldings. When moulding elements are present in a panel, this value contributes to the final calculated price.
Panel Base Price (4): Specifies the base cost per square foot for the selected panel type. This forms the foundation of the panel’s total price before material‑specific costs are added.
Dropdown Tap (5): It allows to expand the list of material‑specific pricing options. When expanded, it reveals the detailed pricing fields.
Material Pricing Table (6): It displays all available facade materials (e.g., plaster, brick, metal, wood, stone). For each material, define a price per square foot. The system then automatically calculates the total price per square foot by combining: the material price, and the panel base price defined above.
Level 2 Pricing
It provides a more detailed cost configuration compared to Level 1, by including material‑specific pricing for facade components such as framing, sheathing, insulation, reinforcement, and finishes. This level is designed to allow assign costs to each construction layer for more accurate project estimation.
General Data (1): It includes all the common cost categories that apply broadly across the facade system. These values form the foundation of the project’s pricing structure.
Specific data (2): Includes optional or system‑specific pricing that applies only to certain product configurations. Additional positions and drop-down menus are available based on the selected panel types. .
Dropdown Button (3): Opens a dropdown to edit the cost of each position individually. In some cases, it also allows to edit the value of the return edge and the return opening.
Actualization Button (4): Helps refreshes or re‑loads the current page to ensure all changes made within Pricing Level 2 are fully actualized and up to date.
By hovering over the (i) symbol (5), helps learn more about each position and its reference unit.
Return Edge (6): Indicates how the cost applies to return edges of panels. This helps understand which pricing elements are tied to edge conditions.
Return Opening (7): Shows how the cost applies to return openings, such as window or door openings, ensuring accurate pricing for these conditions.
Level 3 Pricing
It provides a more advanced pricing breakdown with detailed material and labor inputs. It allows to define costs for panel layers, finishes, installation‑related elements, and specific façade system data.
General Data (1): Includes all the common cost categories that apply broadly across the facade system. These values form the foundation of the project’s pricing structure.
Specific data (2): Includes optional or system‑specific pricing that applies only to certain product configurations. Additional positions and drop-down menus are available based on the selected panel types.
By hovering over the (i) symbol (5), learn more about each position and its reference unit.
Material (6): Represents the material cost associated with each finish or panel layer.
Labor (7): Shows the labor cost for applying or installing each finish or panel component.
Return Edge (8): Indicates how the cost applies to return edges of panels. This helps understand which pricing elements are tied to edge conditions.
Return Opening (9): Shows how the cost applies to return openings, such as window or door openings, ensuring accurate pricing for these conditions.
Level 4 Pricing
It provides the most detailed pricing configuration in the system. At this level, pricing is broken down into individual components, materials, and sub‑assemblies. It is designed for advanced use needing precise cost calculations based on real component data, manufacturing parts, and installation materials. This level ensures the highest accuracy possible in cost estimation.
Actualization Button (1): Reloads all pricing data on the page to the most recently saved values. Use this button to refresh the information after making changes or to reset any unsaved edits.
Panel System Selector (2): Displays the selected StoPanel system (e.g., StoPanel Classic Next Ci) and loads the specific component‑level pricing associated with that system. Each panel system may have different framing parts, fasteners, moisture barriers, insulation, and attachment elements.
Dropdown Button (3): Each category (e.g., Framing, Sheathing, Air & Moisture Barrier) includes a dropdown that expands or collapses to show the detailed cost items inside it. When expanded, it reveals all the components, parts, and materials used in that category, along with their pricing. This dropdown helps keep the interface organized while still giving access to highly detailed cost data.
Dropdown Button (4): It allows to expand the detailed list of components within a category. When expanded, it reveals all items, materials, and parts associated with that section such as tracks, studs, clips, sheathing, or other framing components. This makes it easy to view, review, and edit the detailed cost information for each item while keeping the interface clean and organized when the list is collapsed.
