Purpose: The CSV Export section allows to control exactly which project data will be included in the exported CSV file. It provides tools to enable or disable individual fields, adjust their order, and expand additional details when needed. By configuring these settings, you ensure the exported file contains only the information that is relevant for reporting, documentation, or further analysis. Once the export options are set, the CSV file is generated according to the selections and displayed in the same column order shown in the interface.
Enable/Disable Tap (1): It allows to enable or disable that specific field for the CSV export.
When enabled, the selected data field will be included as a column in the exported CSV file;
when disabled, it will be excluded. This gives full control over which information is part of the final export.
Group Similar Sized Panels (2): This option can be enabled or disabled. When enabled, panels with the same dimensions are grouped together in the CSV export. Instead of appearing as separate rows, matching panels are summarized into a single line, and the total quantity is shown. This makes the exported file more compact and easier to review.
Dropdown Tap (3): This button shifts the selected field down in the export order. It allows to reorganize the sequence of columns so the exported CSV matches the preferred structure.
Upward Tap (4): This button shifts the selected field up in the export order. Use it to place important fields at the top of the CSV or to fineātune the order of columns.
Sorting Option (5): This button reorganizes the list of CSV fields based on whether they are enabled or disabled.
When disable a field, it automatically moves down the list and will not be included in the exported CSV file. Using this sorting option helps create a cleaner overview by grouping all active fields at the top and inactive ones at the bottom, and the new order is saved automatically.
