Step 11.2: Export > Panel List

Purpose - to download a csv file containing various information about all panels. 

• To download the Comma Separated Values (CSV)-file, use the Export button (2) at the top right and select "Panellist (csv-file)" by clicking "Download" (3).
• It is best practice to click "Calculate" (1) before exporting, so that you have the most up-to-date information.
• The file will contain information about panel types and openings to include quantity, dimensions, area. It will also show the panels type finish materials. 
  • Note: The csv file will include each type of information that you included in the previous step Settings > CSV Export. You can change which information to include or exclude in the export at any time.

• Depending on the program you use, you may need to convert the information in the csv file to a table when you first open the download. For example, Microsoft Excel has a special tool called "text in columns".
  • To use the “text to columns” tool, you must first select all the information and then choose how to separate the columns. In most csv files, this is with commas. In the last step, you can choose the data format to which the columns will be converted.
