A finish ticket can be created once the panel breaks and edits are complete. The panels are created per location. Ensure the current location is the Ground Floor. It is listed in the upper left of the screen.
- Select Tools> Generate Panels.
- The Generate Panels dialog box appears. All the panels on the Ground Floor location are listed.
- At the top of the dialog box, select the Options pull-down and select Panel Configuration.
- The look of the dimensions, text, and title block can be established in the Panel Configuration dialog box.
- In the list to the left, select Insertion Settings.
- To the right, it will list the insertion settings for the panel.
- Import Scale is the scale of the panel drawing, which you can update by typing in the dialog box.
- Worksheet Scale. The drawing and titleblock can have different scales. This is especially important if you have different panels inserted at different scales. It can be altered by typing a new value.
- Plan View Spacing is the distance between a panel’s elevational and plan view. When a Finish ticket is created, it can include elevation and plan view representations. This factor is the distance between them.
- Drawing Border. Each Finish Ticket will be placed on a separate View Tab and, when inserted, can include a titleblock around the panel. Click on the word None to access the list of default titleblocks and select the Sto Finish Ticket border.
7. In the list to the left, select Text and Dimension Settings.
The list to the right updates with options.
- Dimension Style. It will be used to dimension the panel. A button will appear when you select the currently listed style, allowing you to update it to another style.

- Tag Text Style. Any text around the panel will use this text as a default.

8. Select Panel Content from the list on the left.
Each Finish ticket can include a variety of views of the panel each are listed, and you select Yes to include or No to leave it off of the ticket.
- From the list on the left, select Dimensions.
- There are a variety of dimensions that can be applied to a panel. The dimensions listed cover both a finish panel and a structural panel. If the type of dimension doesn’t apply to the type of panel generated, it will skip it. So all dimensions could be left on, and for a finished panel, it will automatically ignore dimensions to Stud and other structural dimensions. Select Yes to include or No to leave the dimensions off of the panel.
- Click OK to exit the Panel Configuration settings.
- Back in the Generate Panels dialog box, as you select a panel on the left, it will show a preview on the right.
- Select the Select all Visible Panels button so all panels are selected.
- Select the Create Finish Ticket button.
- StoPanel Designer will start to produce the Finish tickets. Each individual panel will have a tab at the bottom of the screen. If you click on the tab, you can view the Finish Ticket. The Finish Ticket can be updated by selecting the Create Finish Ticket button again.
- Click Close on the bottom right of the dialog box.
