March Feature Summary

#1 | Field arrangements

With the existing 'Create new filter' (1) feature, you can now not only filter lists according to your individual criteria, but also change the arrangement of the fields at user level. This allows you to customise the display of the lists according to your needs and find the relevant information more quickly and efficiently. The function is generally available.

Select the tab 'Field Arrangement' (2) to display all available fields for the selected view. Here you can toggle individual fields on and off (3). Fields can also be rearranged by dragging and dropping (4).

#2 | New filter options for number fields

We have expanded the filter functions in lists: You can now filter decimal and integer fields not only according to specific values, but also with conditions such as 'Equal', 'Not equal', 'Less', 'Less equal', 'Greater', 'Greater equal' and 'Between'. These additional filter options allow you to analyse your data even more precisely and flexibly.

#3 | View 'Assigned Checklists': Additional fields available

Additional Building, Floor, Elevation fields are now available in the Assigned Checklists view to make it easier to filter for specific checklists. This allows you to download checklists by building, floor or elevation.

#4 | New legend entries for planning views

There are new legend entries (1) for 'Building', 'Floor' and 'Elevation' in the 'Project Planning', 'Panel Planning' and 'Station Planning' planning views. These legend entries can now also be given their own color in the respective settings.

#5 | Other minor updates

• The 'Insert Checklist assignment' feature, to add automatic assigned checklists in a panel system now only shows active checklists. Archived checklists are no longer displayed.
