The May update for StoPanel Operator is packed with improvements that make your daily work faster, smarter, and more flexible. From bulk employee assignment and favorites shortcuts on the shop floor, to a new Operations Kanban board, smarter checklists with panel-specific reference values, and built-in chart visualizations, this release is designed to reduce manual steps and give you clearer visibility across production. Read on for the full breakdown.
New: Add multiple employees to a station in one go
Linking employees to a station just got faster. Instead of adding them one by one, you can now select multiple employees at once and confirm the whole batch with a single tap on Add.
To use it, go to Time recording → Employees, tap Add employee to station, check everyone you need, and hit Add. Done.

Extended Excel Import: New "Panel Depth" and "Quantity" Column
We've expanded the Excel import to support two new optional column:
- Panel Depth
- Quantity
The Quantity is also available as a panel field. This allows you to specify quantities, especially useful when tracking non-panel production orders, and brings more flexibility and accuracy to your operational tracking. If the quantity field is not empty, the value is automatically printed on the QR production labels, ensuring clear identification directly on the shop floor.

New Kanban Board: Operations by Station & Status
Building on the Kanban board that shows Panels by Project & Status, we’ve added a new Kanban board focused on Operations by Station and Status. This view provides clear visibility into operational progress across stations and helps you identify bottlenecks at a glance. The board is fully configurable: filter by status and stations and save different views. For example, tailored to specific production areas or teams.

Panel-Specific Reference Values in Checklists
Quality checks on the shop floor just got smarter. Check points in StoPanel Operator can now reference panel-specific attributes, such as width, or height, directly as default values.
This means users no longer need to look up target values separately. When a checklist is opened, the relevant panel data is pre-filled automatically based on the linked panel, so the user can focus on the check itself: confirm the value, or record a deviation.
Typical use cases include dimensional inspections such as verifying panel width or height at a specific measuring point — where the target value varies per panel and needs to be clearly visible during the check.
The feature is available for all checklists linked to panel operations and can be configured per check point in the Default Values section. For setup instructions, see the updated support article.

Turn Your Lists into Charts for Better Insights
You can now visualize list data directly in StoPanel Operator, no additional tools required. Simply group your data in any list view and switch to the chart view with a single click. Charts update in real time as you apply filters, and you can choose between pie, bar, line, and column formats. Titles, value ranges, and intervals are all configurable, and individual values can be toggled on or off to keep the focus on what matters. Charts can be displayed in full screen or exported for use in reports and presentations.
