May Feature Summary #5-2025

With the May update we have introduced additional features and improvements to StoPanel Operator. What's new in May:

#1 | Affiliate Collaboration - Work together on joint projects

Affiliate Collaboration in StoPanel Operator can be used by affiliates to work together on joint projects. The goal is to facilitate communication and coordination and to efficiently track and manage outsourced activities such as design tasks, manufacturing operations and on-site installation jobs within the supply chain network.

#2 | Updated Project Times Analysis

When calculating project times, StoPanel Operator now takes into account how many panels are being operated at a station at the same time. Project times are now divided so that each employee will only get credit for working on one panel at a time. This allows the time spent per employee to be displayed correctly. However, the time per employee per panel may not be correct because it is not possible to clearly assign a panel to an operator when multiple panels are active at a station at the same time.

If detailed production times per employee and panel are to be analysed, a setup must be used in which only one panel per station is processed at a time.

#3 | Improved Panel Import Performance

We have improved the performance of panel import, which should now be significantly reduced. The improvement is also noticeable when saving panels, e.g. for scheduling.

#4 | Support Center: AI-powered answers to search queries

Thanks to the updated generative search feature in the StoPanel Support Centre, you can now view generated answers to your questions without having to click through search results or scan related articles. However, you can still easily click into the articles for more information.
