#1 | Indirect labor - Ignoring activity times outside of attendance time
The Project Times Analysis for indirect work now also takes into account the employee's clocking time (between check-in and check-out), similar to the already known behavior for operation times. Indirect labor task records in your Project times analysis from the last 365 days are automatically adjusted and calculated according to the new logic.

#2 | New field 'Current hourly wage | ¤/h' for employees
The current hourly rate can now also be stored for employees in the employee master data using the new 'Current hourly rate | ¤/h' field. This field can also be edited using the batch edit feature for employees.
Please note that this field is currently only informative and it is not possible to display a historical salary history. Only users with role 'Internal sales' can see this field.

#3 | Selection of truck/trailer bundles or shipping bundles when using indirect labor
It is now possible to edit truck/trailer and shipping bundles or create new bundles when using indirect labor with the appropriate configuration (specifying trailer and/or shipping bundles) in the StoPanel Operator app.
This allows for more flexible use of trailers and shipping bundles when it is not clear from the start which bundles will be shipped in which combination. Combined with checklists for indirect labor, shipping activities can be fully documented.
Trailer bundle
Trailer bundles can still not be created by app users, but shipping bundles can be assigned and unassigned to a trailer bundle in the app.
By selecting a trailer bundle in (1) and clicking on the info icon (2), you can access the trailer bundle details. (3) shows the shipping bundles included in the trailer bundle with the option (4) to create a new shipping bundle or remove assigned shipping bundles. (5) lists shipping bundles without trailer bundle assignment and can be added to the trailer bundle (6) or new bundles can be created (6).
Shipping bundle
Shipment bundles can be created and edited in the app, including the assignment of panels to shipping bundles.
By selecting a shipping bundle in (1) and clicking on the edit icon (2), you can access the shipping bundle details. (3) shows the panels included in the shipping bundle with the option (4) to remove assigned panels. (5) lists panels without shipping bundle assignment and can be added to the shipping bundle (6).

#4 | Improvements in Material Management
There are a number of minor enhancements available for Materials Management.

Record recurring material consumption in the app and web portal
If you enter the material consumption using the 'Save and new' button (app and web portal), the information on the project, panel, operation, technician, warehouse and date is copied from the previous material consumption. You only need to re-enter the material, the quantity and, if required, the bundle number information.

Storage locations in warehouses
The available storage locations can be detailed by using storage locations. Assign materials to a specific storage location in the warehouse.

New field 'Replenishment time (days)' in the material master and suppliers
The replenishment time (days) can now be stored in the material master. This can be stored for the material in general (1) or per supplier (2) for the material. In the case of multiple different replenishment times, the material view shows the shortest lead time of all suppliers.

Categorize materials via part type
Materials can be assigned to a part type and thus categorized.

New xlsx material import
In addition to the existing csv import, an xlsx import is now available that contains all relevant material fields. The new import is completed by a sample import file and import documentation.
Supplier information is still imported via the 'Supplier' tab in the material details.
